Firefighter Civil Service testing

The City of Butler is accepting applications for Entry-level Part-time Firefighters.

The Butler City Fire Department is seeking applicants to take a civil service test required for new hires.  The test is scheduled for December 3, 2021.  Applicants must possess Firefighter 1 Certification, Hazmat Operations Level Certification and Emergency Medical Technician-Basic (EMT-B). Application forms are available in the Office of the City Clerk in the City Building and are also available on the City’s website www.cityofbutler.org. Completed applications must be returned to the Office of the City Clerk not later than 4:00 PM on November 19, 2021.  Call (724) 285-4124, extension 201 for more information.
