  • Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Butler will hold a special meeting on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers, Third Floor, City Building, 140 West North Street, Butler, Pennsylvania.  The purpose of this meeting is to review the PNC Legacy Trust investment strategy and other such business as Council members may deem appropriate.
  • Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Butler will hold a pension board meeting on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM in Council Chambers, Third Floor, City Building, 140 West North Street, Butler, Pennsylvania.  The purpose of this meeting is to discuss updates to market performance with the City’s Pension Investment Advisor.
  • Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Butler has changed the council meeting that was scheduled for March 26, 2026 to March 23, 2026, 7:00 PM in Council Chambers.  Third Floor, City Building, 140 West North Street, Butler, Pennsylvania.

State Representatives:

  • Saturday May 2, 2026, 10am to noon Illegible License Plate Event at 100 Barracks Road, Butler, PA 16001
    • Participants must bring:
      • A vehicle with the illegible license plate attached
      • present a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and an unexpired vehicle registration card.
    • A license plate is considered illegible when one or more letters/numbers cannot be recognized at a short distance or shows blistering, peeling, fading, discoloration or loss of reflectivity.
    • Rep. Mustello’s district office staff and the Butler Township Police Department will assist in completing the required forms, which will be hand-delivered for processing.  Within a few weeks, participants will receive a replacement plate by mail.  Standard issue and personalized plates are replaced by PennDOT FREE of charge.
