Request for Proposal – Network Cabling Infrastructure-City Building

Notice is hereby given that the City of Butler is seeking proposals for Network Cabling Infrastructure in the city building.  The City of Butler is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide labor, materials, and services for the installation of structured network cabling infrastructure.  This project will support voice and data communications within the mayor’s office and associated areas.  A complete RFP is available to interested parties in the Office of the City Clerk located at 140 West North Street or by clicking the link below.  Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Proposal for Network Cabling Infrastructure.”

All bids must be received by the City Clerk not later than 2:00 PM, May 29, 2026.  They will be opened at that time in the Clerk’s office.  Bid prices will remain in effect for a minimum period of 60 days.


The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof and to waive irregularities in the bidding process if deemed in the best interests of the City.
