The Butler City Bureau of Fire is a full-time 24/7 professional department.  The Bureau is currently staffed with 17 full-time, highly trained firefighters.  There is a minimum of four firefighters per shift to handle any and every emergency situation within the City whether it is fire, rescue, or EMS.  The Bureau strives to provide quick and professional services along with educating the public on fire prevention, helping to make our community a safe place to live, work and play.
