Notice is hereby given that the City of Butler, Pennsylvania, will receive sealed proposals, on behalf of the Butler Area Public Library as part of the Keystone Grant project for three seperate projects:

      1) to automate the existing doors leading into the stairwell connecting the first and second floors.

            * Notice To Bidders 01 – Butler Library Automated Doors

      2) for the replacement of their HVAC system.

            * Notice To Bidders 02 – Butler Library HVAC Project

      3) for electrical work in support of a door automation project.

            * Notice To Bidders 03 – Butler Library Electrical Work

Bid forms may be obtained at the Office of the City Clerk located at 140 W. North Street, Butler, PA 16001 Monday through Friday, from 8:30AM to 4:30PM or by clicking the links below.

      2) Bid Form 02 – Butler Library HVAC Project

      3) Bid Form 03 – Butler Library Electrical Work

Sealed proposals must be submitted on the City of Butler bid forms and a ten-percent bid bond included with each project bid.  These will be accepted until 2:00PM, on October 30, 2026, at the Office of the City Clerk, 140 W. North Street, Butler, PA 16001.  

Bids will be opened at the Office of the City Clerk at 2:15PM, October 30, 2026, in the City Building.
