City Council Meeting – January 2024

1. Always good to see the January meeting notes posted, especially since the start-of-year sessions usually set the tone for local zoning and public works priorities in Butler.

I ended up putting together a visual proposal for a nearby neighborhood meeting recently and used GPT Image 2.5 to sketch out a quick pedestrian walkway concept. It took a couple of prompts to get the perspective aligned, but the street name labels actually rendered legibly without distorting the surrounding sidewalk layout.

2. It’s good to see the city publishing its January 2024 council meeting minutes publicly. Does the site also post agendas in advance, or only the minutes afterward? That would make it easier for residents to follow along and attend when topics they care about are on the table.

3. To avoid opaque, arbitrary scoring, this tool calculates facial proportions across four defined categories: harmony at 32%, symmetry at 26%, eye area at 21%, and jawline definition at 21%, giving users complete transparency into every sub-score.
