The market was remodeled in the 2010 season to include roll doors at each vendor stall, electricity and water supply. Grants for this project were Fresh Food Financing Initiative through the Reinvestment Fund, and Community Development Block Grant through the Department of Community and Economic Development administered by the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Butler.
